Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment in order that we can offer it to someone else.

The full rate will always be charged for rescheduling or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, unless we manage to fill the appointment with another client.
