Pilates & Pre/Postnatal Trainer Susana Da Conceicao
Susana trained as a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Teacher in South Africa in 1997.
In 2005 she went on to do a comprehensive Pilates Matwork Teacher Training Course with The Place in London accredited by The Pilates Foundation and subsequently did her Pre/Postnatal Pilates.
Susana brings over 10 years of experience and understanding in pilates, pre/postnatal pilates and related health & fitness disciplines, running her own successful business incorporating her pilates on a one-to-one level and in group exercise classes.
